How mature is your L&D function?

No benchmark, and we will not fake one. Your score is measured against this model's own stage definitions and nothing else. There is no verified dataset of L&D function maturity for this market, so you will not find a percentile, a sector average or a “top 10% of functions” claim anywhere in the result.
