What We Sell
We offer two categories:
Consulting Services (₹999 — ₹49,999+)
Human-delivered, tailored engagements — from a Priority DM to a Custom AI Agent build. Each service has a defined scope, deliverables, and timeline. Services require you to complete intake questionnaires so we can tailor your deliverables.
Digital Products (₹199 — ₹4,999)
eBooks, templates, Claude Skills, and bundles — delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. These are self-serve resources, not consulting engagements.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments
- Method: UPI QR code payment only. No credit cards, no payment gateways, no auto-billing.
- Confirmation: After paying, share a screenshot of the payment confirmation via WhatsApp. We verify and confirm within 24 hours on business days.
- Delivery begins only after payment is verified.
- Transaction: The UPI transaction happens directly between your UPI app and our bank. We are not a payment gateway.
- We do not store your UPI ID, bank account number, or any payment credentials. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, and date for tax compliance.
- Failed transactions: If your UPI payment fails, contact your bank. Reach out to us at automatewithpriya@gmail.com if you need help.

Delivery is considered complete when the email is sent or the WhatsApp message shows “delivered.” Please check your spam/promotions folder. Re-delivery requests are honoured within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds & Cancellations

To request a refund, email automatewithpriya@gmail.com with your transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via UPI.
Service-Specific Terms
- Questionnaires are required. Most consulting services require you to complete an intake questionnaire. The quality of your deliverables depends on the completeness and accuracy of your responses.
- Timelines depend on you too. Delivery timelines start after you complete your questionnaire. Delays on your end do not extend our delivery commitment at no cost.
- Non-completion. If you do not complete your questionnaire within 60 days of payment, the service may be forfeited without refund.
- Scope is defined per service. Each service tier has a specific scope and set of deliverables. Requests beyond the defined scope may require an upgrade or additional engagement.
- You work directly with me. All consulting engagements are led personally by Vishnu Priya. Specialist collaborators may be brought in for domain-specific depth when needed.
Intellectual Property
- Your deliverables are yours to use. Once fully paid, you receive a licence to use your consulting deliverables (reports, frameworks, roadmaps) within your organisation.
- Our IP stays ours. The underlying methodologies, frameworks (including THRIVE), templates, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Automate with Priya.
- Digital products are licensed for personal, non-transferable use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products.
- Website content — all text, graphics, design, and code on this website is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Your Obligations
By using our platform and purchasing our services or products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and questionnaires
- Not share, redistribute, or resell purchased products or deliverables
- Not share login credentials with others
- Not use our services or products for any unlawful purpose
- Respect our intellectual property and proprietary methodologies
Liability & Disclaimers
- Advisory, not guaranteed. Our services and products are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business results — outcomes depend on your implementation, team, and context.
- Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
- No liability for indirect damages. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Third-party tools. We may reference or recommend third-party tools (AI platforms, software, etc.) that are subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes to third-party tools.
- Website availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Your Data & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
In short: we collect only what we need, never sell your data, and you can request access, correction, or deletion at any time. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Step 1 — Talk to us. If you have a concern, email automatewithpriya@gmail.com. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.
- Step 2 — Mediation. If we cannot resolve it directly, we agree to attempt mediation before any legal proceedings.
- Step 3 — Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
Nothing in these terms restricts your right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when these terms were last revised.
